Do I need a Reservation?
Yes, at least 3 days prior.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, depending on the schedule we might be able to fit you in.
How far in advance do I need to book?
3 to 7 days prior
What is your cancellation policy?
No charge when cancelled with more than 10 days notice from booking tour. 50% charge when cancelled within 72 hours from booking time 100% charge when no show/no call on the day of the tour.
How do I get my deposit back?
Depending on the reason or situation the company will grant you 40% back.
What is the age requirement?
Guests must be 16 and older to operate both ATV and Tiger Boat, drivers license must be provided when booking this tour
Can I drink or smoke during the tour?
Guests are not allowed to consume any type of alcohol or illegal substance during the tour, unless guest booked a private tour that includes lunch stop, guest must drink moderate
What do I need to bring with me?
When booking an ATV Tour: always dress in comfortable and breathable clothing. Shorts, sneakers, sunglasses (must). Backpacks always come in handy if you want to carry any snacks and beverages. Helmets and Bungee cables are provided by the company.
Tiger Boat Tours: requires beach clothing, beach shorts, swimsuits, towels, sunscreen (very important) sunglasses are optional. Life jackets and Snorkeling gears are provided by the company
